Please notice: You fill this form out ONLY if you are planning on attending the annual
business meeting.

To be an official messenger and vote in the business meeting, this form must be completed and
signed by your Pastor or the Deacon. Our By – Laws require that you be a member of  the Alabama Southern Baptist Church and that has a Deaf Ministry / Deaf Church to be able to vote in the business meeting of ABCD.

ABCD messengers meet the following obligations: 

1. They are faithful servants to their home church. (Example – attending Bible study and worship services two or three times a month)
2. They faithfully pay their tithe and support their home church.
3. They partake in responsibility of the activities in their home church (example - worship, Bible study, sing songs, prayers, praises, and etc.)
4. They live a blameless life before God. (1Thess. 3:13; Phil.1:9-11; Acts 24:16)

Prospective ABCD messengers must follow the obligations listed, and their home church pastor and/or deacons and/or designated church representative are responsible to approve/not approve whether the prospective messenger follows the obligations.
