The rate for the 2012 Annual Conference will be:

·         2 nights/6 meals, program fee, and Private Room: $193.00 per person

·         2 nights/6 meals, program fee, and Double beds: $153.00 per person

·         2 nights/6 meals, program fee for 3 to 4 people in same room: $143.00 per person

·         If you reserve a room, there is a security deposit for $40.00

If you have children and stay in the room with them, the rate will be:

·         Age 0-2 with 6 meals: free

·         Age 3-8 with 6 meals: $19.50

·         Age 9-17 with 6 meals: $39.00

For the commuting members (not sleeping at Shocco):

·         Program Fee: $25.00 for whole weekend, $8.33 per day

·         Meal Fee: $7.00 per meal

·         Facilities fee: $6.50 per day

*IMPORTANT!!!! We are encouraging you to register now so Shocco Springs can count enough foods and drinks for us on that weekend. It can be only for one day to 3 days for the weekend so please do that as soon as possible! Thank you!*
